The constitution of India Foreword
The
Constitution of India is a living document which governs the system of
governance. Its supremacy and gentleness are in its amendments. This version of
the Constitution of India, in which the constitution (one hundredth Amendment)
Act 2015, which contains details of the acquisition and transfer of territories
between the governments of India and Bangladesh, and which has been included in
it as a tribute, the Parliament All the amendments made are included, have been
updated. The Constitution applies to the Jammu and Kashmir State, Article 370
and the Constitution (Execution of Jammu and Kashmir), in accordance with some
exceptions and modifications provided in 1954. This order is included in
Appendix 1 with the view to facilitate the instruction. The rearrangement of
exceptions and additions is included in Appendix 2. The constitution has been
incorporated in the appropriate places of constitutional amendments related to
the Constitution (Fourth Amendment) Act 1978 and Constitution (VIII Amendment)
Act, 2003, which have not yet been implemented.
